| | Cooking for one may seem like a daunting task, but making these wings was really simple.
I added soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, and slices of ginger into a container and then let the wings marinate overnight.
Then, per my mom's instructions, I preheated the oven at 500 degrees F, baked the wings for 10 minutes on 1 side to brown (well actually it was more like 15 minutes because I was so into "Horton Hears a Who" on HBO that I didn't hear my alarm), and then flipped them and baked for another 10 minutes or so.
Tada!
I actually don't have a baking sheet right now so I cooked them on a pizza pan :). Whatever works, right?
My mom bought 10 ears of corn for $1 at Target and bequeathed half of them for me, so I'll be eating corn all week.
